Using default email account to reply when more.. (Outlook 2003)

Is there a way to configure Outlook to use my default POP email account when replying to messages that have been received by a secondary POP email account that is also setup in it? Right now it replies from the account that it was received on - which would ordinarily be fine - EXCEPT that my ISP does not allow emails to be sent from IPs not in their own range so if I'm out using my laptop on wireless, it won't send from the secondary account.

You can always change the sending account by selecting the desired account by clicking of the accounts button in the tool bar.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

If you would like Outlook to remind you every time you send a message to choose an account, you could try the macro in this thread: Prompt for Account (2003). Now if only there were an easy way to install an on-off switch in there so it only bothers you when traveling...
