    Calendar (2000)

    Hi,

We have a form: frm!Valuations which has address data, then date and time data which we input. What I am hoping to achieve is on the double click event of the date field it launches a diary type form where by we can select the day and time and on close it populates the relevant time.
Firstly wondering if anyone has already done a generic diary type form. Also want the ability so it obviously displays dates that have already been taken.

If you require further info let me know..
    Best Regards,

    Luke

Microsoft Office includes another application with extensive calendar/diary features: Outlook.

See <post#=285719>post 285719</post#> for an appointment calendar form in Access.

    Hans,

That calendar does not seem to work well for us. We would want the date a page type with times down the left hand side, similar to outlook, but using outlook would be a pain. Firstly the valuations can be booked by 10 users and risk double booking into a shared outlook calendar which syncronises every 5 minutes. Wondering if there is a way to build it into Access so it is instant?
    Best Regards,

    Luke

Several members of the UtterAccess discussion forum have posted appointment calendars; there may be something you can use. You have to become a member to be able to download files.
