Pasting values only from mulitple worksheets (2000)

I have a workbook with sixteen worksheets - the worksheets refer to each other and most of them refer to two worksheets in another workbook. Everything works fine until I try to convert it to a pdf file using Adobe Elements. When I do that Adobe Elements creates five files - the only way to get one file is to create a new workbook and copy each worksheet then paste special values, then paint special formats for each sheet. Is there a quicker way of doing this?

I used to use Acrobat 5.0 to print several worksheets into a PDF, and it always ended up creating 13 acrobat files for the 50 pages I needed to print. I was never able to get it to change to where it created a single PDF, I ended up getting it to where I numbered them in order as they 'printed' and then combined them into one file by inserting the pages from all the other files.

This is what Adobe has to say about it...maybe it will help.
