Re: Microsoft Excel Printing problem (XP)

What sometimes helps is to use a printer driver for an older make of the same manufacturer. The printing quality mostly remains unaffected.

    Microsoft Excel Printing problem (XP)

I am having a problem printing in Excel. I can print on other office applications but not on excel. I am getting the following problem.
Your file coul not be printed due to an error on hp Laser Jet 1300 PCL 6 on Ne00. There are several possible reasons:
    1. There may not be enough memory avaliable. Try closing files and programs you aren't using.
    2. If you use a network for printing, there may be a problem with the network connection or the printer driver.
    3. There may be loose cables or bad connection between your computer and printer.

My file is quite big, though i can not print even a file which only has couple of words written in excel. it is not a network printer but when logging in with a different user account i can print, i tried to use an older driver but still does not work.
    Can someone plase help....... Thanks
