    Column headings (2003)

    Hi all,
I have a spreadsheet where the first row is the header row and it contains is headings for each column.
This spreadsheet extends over several pages, and what I am trying to do is make this first row appear as the first row on each page when I print out the spreadsheet. This will save users going back to the first page to see what each column of data represents.
I thought it may be a setting within Excel, but I can't find it.
Is there an easy way to achieve this?

    Thanks.

    Bill

    Select File | Page Setup...
    Activate the Sheet tab.
In the Print Titles section, you can specify which row(s) to repeat at the top of each page (and which column(s) to repeat on the left side).
