    Word as email editor (2003)

Have a user that says she got an email containing a link to a website. After clicking on the link, she says that any new mail message she creates as well as replies or forwards make the text very small.
I don't know about what caused it, but I did see what happened with the messages. Both Word & Outlook are 2003. Creating a new msg (shows default font is Tahoma 12), but it is most definitely not 12 point. It looks more like 8 point. If Ishe turns off Word as the email editor, the font displays correctly. Creating new or opening existing Word documents display correctly as well. Any ideas? Thx in advance

Each different view can have a different "zoom" factor. It might be that somehow she is using the Web view rather than Normal view, or that the zoom factor got changed in Normal view. There is a handy drop-down control on the Standard toolbar, or one can use View>Zoom... to adjust this. I hope that's all it is!
