    Is it possible to graph a distribution curve with excel??

    You'll have to create a table with x and y values where the y values are calculated according to the distribution. You can then create a chart from the table. Excel has no built-in mechanism for graphing a function or equation directly.

    If you search Google, you'll find many statistics add-ins for Excel. Chances are that there is one that includes what you want.
