Capture Addresses Automatically

Does anyone know how to capture an email address from an incoming email and automatically add it to a distribution list?

I'm using Outlook 2000 with Win Me.

    Thanks for your help.

After opening the e-mail right click on the sender's i.d. and choose "add to contacts".

Corp or internet mode? internet mode has a "save addresses i reply to" feature, otherwise, use exlife or casaveatt to do it with rules, http://www.ornic.com
