    Insert Address (2003)

I find the "Insert Address" facility in Word useful where details are taken from Outlook contacts.
Is it possible to change the fields that are presented on the "Select Name" dialogue box that appears when the "Insert Address" button is used?
Are the fields shown in "Select Name" a function of Word or Outlook?
I am aware of "How to Modify the Layout of an Address Book Entry" using autotext entries in Word but it was the "Select Name" fields I am interested in.
Be pleased if you could point me in the correct direction.

I've never seen a way to customize those column headings. Too bad Word 2002's Insert Address dialog (unlike Outlook's) doesn't list the column headings or let you resize them...

    Re: Insert Address (2003)

Thanks for your answer. I have continued to play about with the problem.

With Outlook I use the "File As" option to display the names in Last: order (from the Full Name dialogue box), this does exactly what I want.

When these names are displayed in the Word "Insert Address" dialogue box they are in First: order.
Zelda Appleton at the bottom; Andrew Zachs at the top - a nuisance to say the least!

    Any suggestions welcome.

    Regards
