    Custom Toolbar(s) (2000+)

I created a custom toolbar with a few buttons on it. The custom toolbar is supposed to appear on two specific workbooks. However, opening ANY workbook results in the toolbar appearing. If I uncheck it from Customize|Toolbars, it no longer appears on the ones where I want it to appear. I've also used "assign" from the customize window -- to no avail.

If you only want the toolbar to display when the two workbooks are active, then you will need to put code into the workbook activate event routines to display the toolbar, and code in the workbook deactivate routine to hide it.

You'll find an example of the code mentioned by Legare in <post#=469295>post 469295</post#>.
