    New HTML Doc (WinXP-Pro)

    <font color=red>HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY TO ALL!!!</font color=red>

How come if I set IE as the default browser, then a right-click on the desktop, then "New" offers, among others, "New HTML Document", but, if you change to have Firefox as the default browser, the HTML choice goes away?

You can change back to IE, but then it takes a little tinkering to return the template as a choice.

Isn't there a way to set this "permanently", or a quick reigistry entry, or...??

    Regards,
    Chuck Billow

    It is a "Firefox" issue.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.
