    Outlook 2003 & Palm Vx (2003)

I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 running under XP from Outlook 2000 running under Windows 2000.
Under 2000, my Palm Vx synched fine. Now with 2003, whenever I try to synch, I get a message that the Outlook (ODE?) plug-in isn't operative, and I should restart Outlook. Restarting outlook does nothing, of course.

Does the Palm Vx software not speak Outlook 2003? Is there a patch I need, or must I now upgrade my Palm as well?

    Thanks

Which sync software are you using? When I upgraded to 2003 I had to reinstall PocketMirror, and then upgrade it to the latest version from Chapura's website.

From the version number I'm guessing you have PocketMirror, but please double check that your product is in fact Chapura PocketMirror, which has been the default sync program shipped with most Palms for some time, though there are a couple of versions. The way to check is that after you installed your original version from your CD, under Outlooks Tools Menu there should be a 'Chapura Settings' dialog. If it is PocketMirror, here's the update site:
