Printing size 6 3/4 envelopes (Word 2000)

I am trying to print size 6 3/4 envelopes from Word 2000 to an HP laser jet 4000, PCL5e driver. I've used the envelope icon to pull up the envelope and labels window. I chose the size (6 3/4), selected to feed from the manual feed drawer (no separate envelope feeder) and orientation is correct. The envelope pulls through when I click print, but nothing is printed on the envelope. I had our printer guy look at and he said he hadn't seen that before. Any suggestions? thanks

After setting up to print on the envelope, insert a piece of paper and see if anything is printed on it. I am trying to see if you are printing but in an area outside of the area occupied by the envelope. If so you may have to adjust margins.
