Parameter treated as null (Access 2000 Service 3)

Subject edited by HansV - "ACCESS" wasn't very descriptive.

I have created a parameter query to pull records of patients who are "no show". The parameters involved are type of treatment, and admit date. I keep getting an error because it is treating the "no show" as a null value. "No show" is a set criteria in the query, and the staff pick which treatment and admit date. How do I stop access from reading it as a null value?

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean by it is treating the "no show" as a null value. Could you try to explain again, or perhaps attach a stripped down version of the database? (See <post#=401925>post 401925</post: > for instructions.)

Solved the problem, just had to step away from it a few minutes. I made one of the choices a "not Intensive Outpatient" and it pulled correctly. Thanks you for always being there.
