I've never been that keen on radish, but found this creation to be absolutely delicious. Good for converting people like myself.

2 bunches of radishes
1 large apple
3 spring onions
150g sliced ham
2 teaspoons sesame seeds

5 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Cut radishes, apple, spring onions and ham into thin strips, about 2.5cm long, and put in a bowl.
Combine all the dressing ingredients, mix well and toss through the salad.

Roast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
Allow the seeds to cool, add to the salad. Serves 4.

Note: We substituted white onion slivers for the spring onions, at it was still delicious!
