Viewing records in subtable in datasheet view (2000)

Is it possible in Access to produce a query which contains details of information in a subtable and to show that information in datasheet view
    all in one row?
If you see the example l would like to produce a query which shows the data:

Document No, Title, Version, Issue Date

all in one row in datasheet view.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Justin

I think it is possible, have you tried creating the query? You haven't given us any information about which tables the fields come from, so it is impossible to give specific advice.

They aren't duplicated, for they have different values for Issue Date and Rev.

Image edited by HansV - please don't post pictures over 640 by 480 pixels

I tried doing a query with the subtable to show records but some of the records are duplicated, see attacment.
I have indicated duplicates with a red circle.

I would like to display only the current issue i.e. the one with the most recent date and not all the others.
see screenshot for what l mean.

Create a query, select View | Totals, and set the Total option for Issue Date and Rev to Max, leave the rest as it is (Group By). This shoiuld remove the duplicates.

How do you reduce these screenshots? I have created jpgs by snagit, how do I reduce these?

Sometimes I just crop the image to remove superfluous parts. To resize, as in this thread, I use the free application IrfanView. It has a menu option Image Resize/Resample.
