    Validating data prior to print

I have a situation in which I need to allow users to filter a form, then select print the selection. HERE is the sticky part:

    1) On that form there is a tab control with 3 pages
    2) 1 value on each record will decide if the 3rd tab prints

As an example (fictional): I have a form for my employees. I run an airline. I filter for last name = "Smith". When I get my return I have 10 employees. For the employees that are pilots I need to print the 3rd tab, otherwise the 3rd tab is disabled, and should not be printed. How do I evaluate per record whether to print the 3rd tab.

    Thanks

    Jeff
