    Pivot Table Sorts (2000 sp3)

    Greetings!
I have a large database where I have to review data for improperly entered data. I have a pivot table that is getting me close, but not quite. I need to see the data where it shows only the data that is greater than 100%.

I will attach a file in a followup message. As it will take some time to ready the information.

    Brad

    Hi Brad.
You have a pivot table, but is that really necessary? You could use a filter on the source list to only see items that are greater than 100%. If you activate Autofilter from the Data Menu, you can assign a filter to the EBOMS AFFECTIVITY field and filter for "Greater Than 1".

What exactly do you want to do? Can you give some more specific instructions regarding your problem??
    Regards,
    Rudi

    Rudi,
I understand that the filter is an option. However, I would like to see the data condensed as in the pivot table. For the report, I really only need to see the data as in the pivot table. Within the pivot table, I only need to see the results that have only greater than 100% (or 1).
Is this possible to do this within the pivot table report?

    Thanks,
    Brad

Put an autofilter on the pivot table data:

Go to the cell immediately to the right of the pivot table "header row".
data-filter - autofilter and it will add it to the pivot columns

    Steve,
That worked great. I did not realize that one could add the auto filter (as I had tried).

    Thanks,
    BRad
