    Font Changes (Office XP sp1)

I often change the format of incoming messages to Rich Text so I can use bullets and other formatting. I then have to change the font in the RTF message I just created, because I'd like it to match my default faunt. How can I configure OL to use a specific font as the default font when creating Rich Text messages; or, how can I configure OL to recognize the default font I use in my preferences as the default font I want in RTF messages I create?

There's no native option to automatically change the entire body of an incoming message to your preferred font. You can use a macro to change them all, or manually change all the font in the message while you are replying.

One thing to remember, the ONLY emails that you "create" are the NEW ones. Any you receive you are just adding a reply to one created by another person.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.
