We are having to reformat and reinstall everything on our computer and I want to save the emails that are currently in the inbox, the address book and all the emails that have been filed in several different file folders that have been created in Outlook Express. I do not know where to look for them with Windows Explorer so that I can copy them to a CD before we reintall all the software. I do not also know what extensions the files will have so I am not able to do a search. Any help is sincerely appreciated. thank you, John
