    Multiple Appointments (Access 2000)

Hi...I am looking for a way to print appointments for each day of the week on a report, and preferrably I would like the appointments listed in different labels on a label report. I have success, however, each appointment falls into a seperate label, and on some days I have multiple appointments for the same day...I would like those multiple appointments for the day to all print on one label. Eg...Monday...Doc appt at 1, and Staff meeting at 3, then on the next Label Tuesday appointments ect...
    Thanks for any ideas.

See (for example) <post#=448613>post 448613</post#>; the situation there resembles yours.

I'm not *extremely* familiar with printing labels from reports, but it seems as though you could group by the day witihin each label?

This looks good. Good information. Gave this web link to my student who asked the question, and he will be visiting these referral pages you have given and try these solutions for himself. He knew where there was a will, there was a way.
Always grateful for your help and solutions.
