HTML Programmer's Reference, Thomas A. Powell and Dan Whitworth, Berkeley, CA: Osborn/McGraw-Hill, 1998. ISBN: 0-07-882559-8 (paperback), 396 pages including Appendices and Index ($16.99).

Again, there are LOTS of books about HTML, and the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) is a great source of information.

But the one book I've almost worn-out (and given as a gift many times) is "HTML Programmer's Reference" by Thomas A. Powell and Dan Whitworth (Osborne). I have a longer review at http://www.htmlchef.com/reviews_htmlref.asp.

I recently pruchased "XHTML In Plain English" by Sandra Eddy, and this reference may replace "HTML Programmer's Reference" in my library. But I'll wait until I've used it more before writing a longer review.

Have fun,
Ivan
