Back-up procedure (Win XP Access 2003)

While "messing around" in Access I encountered a command, NTBACKUP. It could be very helpful, but I can't find how to save the names of the selected files so that I don't have to select them when I run the backup again. It isn't logical to have to rebuild the backup every time that I want to run it. Any ideas?

NTBackup is not an Access command, as far as I know, but a backup application available in the Windows NT/2000/XP Pro/2003 family, so perhaps you'd better ask the question in the forum for the Windows version you are using.
