    Hi Ronda,

    Not sure what .25 increments (of what?) you mean, but the outline numbering shouldn't be a big problem.

    Try to remove it completely, and then start from scratch with Shauna Kelly's instructions.

    Yes, it's a good article!

    To start with a clean slate, set all your numbered styles to "no numbering".

    And if you still see some numbers, press Ctrl+Q in the paragraph, or reapply the style.
    Both of those actions remove automatic numbering that you may have manually applied.
    If you replace the style with itself (Edit > Replace, leaving "Find what" and "Replace with" empty), that'll reapply the style globally.
