    Printing even page docs.

    I send hardcopy of my documents out to be double sided copied. To copy correctly each document must have an even number of pages. The documents all have footer on them. How can I get Word to insert a blank page into the end of the documents with odd page numbers so that I dont have to do this manually after the documents are printed?

    Thinking out loud here...

    You can't do it in the footer because a footer appears on multiple pages and can't hold a page break itself...

    Try putting the following field at the end of your document: { IF { = MOD ({ PAGE },2) } <> 0 "[pagebreak]" "" }

    I am attaching a document with this field in it. To view the field, press Alt-F9.

    You will need to update the field prior to printing. It may be possible to set this as an option on your print dialog.
