    Rows Unhide (Excel 2003 SP1)

I have a user with 2 workbooks that she's set up some links between. Displays both worksheets - then selects a cell in the target workbook and enters an = sign. Then goes to the source spreadsheet (which has many hidden rows) & selects a cell. As soon as she does that, all the rows unhide. I have tried it with the same workbooks and it doesn't happen to me. (We are both on 2003 sp1) Any idea
why it does not work the same way for both people?

That sounds strange! Does she have add-ins that you don't have?

Yes - I did find she had a custom (inhouse) add-in that I don't have. She's checking on her end now. She's being told that they don't think the add-in is supported in 2003. It was originally created in 2002 and all the others using it are on 2002 and they don't have the problem.

FYI...in case anyone is interested...The add-in this woman had did not make any difference. I found that she had the the Transition Navigation Keys box checked under Tools/Options/Tradition tab. Since this function allows pressing home and returning to cell "A1", deselecting the box eliminates this problem.
