Group By Table button (Win XP Access 2003)

I have asked some dumb questions, but this will probably be the worst. I am working through some examples of Data Access Pages, and one of the examples says to "Click the Group By Table button on the toolbar". Help says to click the Promote button, a green arrow, or the Group By Table button, a blue arrow with a square beneath it.

I can't find the icons! I have opened the Formatting Page, Page Design, Task Pane, Web, and Tool Box toolbars.

    Sorry.

Edited by HansV to reduce width of screenshot that caused horizontal scrolling. Please don't post pictures larger than 640x480.

I don't know anything much about Data Access pages, but I just tried to make one and I found the three buttons you describe.

They are on the Page Design toolbar. If you don't see that Toolbar at all, right Click on any toolbar and you will see a list of toolbars, and can choose which ones to display.
    Regards
