Calendar in Separate Window (Outlook 2003)

Can I open another user's calendar in a separate window? They installed the new version of Outlook yesterday (2003) and now I can't open my boss's calendar in a separate window. What are the correct steps?

Assuming that your boss shows up in the "Other Calendars" section of the Outlook Navigation Pane Calendar View, right-click on the name and select "Open in New Window".

Even better ... with Outlook 2003 you can view calendar's side by side, perfect for being able to view your own and your boss's calendar. From the calendar side bar just tick the box next to any additional calendars you want to see.
