    Outlook 2003... Exchange/profile issue? (Outlook 2003)

    Hi all,

I've encountered a problem when receiving an email from a specific user or group- the emails go straight to 'Junk E-mail' box instead of going to Inbox.
Could this be an Exchange/profile issue?
I'm able to receive emails from everyone else: OK

    In need of some knowledge.

    Cheers,

    Low_ridEr

The recipe for recognizing spam is something of a mystery. To instruct Outlook that a particular sender is to be treated with respect on all occasions, add the sender's address under Tools>Options..., Preferences tab, Junk E-mail button, Safe Senders tab.

in the Junk E-mail Options under Tools>Options>Preferences, I have added the recipient in the 'Safe Senders' however the emails are still going into Junk E-mail folder.
Another user is having the same problem with a group of recipients, where she has received emails from this particular group and it's all going into her Junk Email Box.
    Any Ideas?

I'm not sure whether you really mean "recipients" or whether you mean senders. There is a separate tab for "safe recipients," such as mailing list addresses, in case that helps.

(I turned off the Outlook 2003 junk feature, as I did not think it was particularly accurate.)
