OWA Shared Calendar Issue (Exchange 2003 SP1)

We are running Exchange SP1 with our users using Outlook 2003 client as well as OWA. When we create a public folder (calendar) and restrict the rights to it; entries are not visible using OWA; only via the Outlook client. If you change the default security to author; it is visible using OWA. We need to be able to restrict the visibility of departmental calendars and allow our remote employees to have access.

    Help!

Does anyone have any ideas for me? We are still trying to get this to work. Again, we'd like the default to be zero visibility yet allow others via permissions to edit/create on a public calendar using Outlook OWA. Thanks.

    Anything helpful under
