    Hi

I am trying to do a conditional format to the cell background in a Column K which = the highest number in the column , the cell are formatted to %

I have tried this Formula Is =MAX(K2:K133) but it formats all the cellls in column K

    Many Thanks

    You should use
Cell Value Is, Equal To, =MAX($K$2:$K$133)
since you want to compare the value of the cell to the maximum of the column. The $ signs make the reference absolute.
