Norton Anti Virus and Norton Go Back

Does anyone know how to run these simultaneously? Without NAV , Go Back behaves properly, logs events and restore points, etc. But with NAV 2005 installed, all Go Back does is report that there's "massive file activity" - it doesn't record any safe/restore points. There's nothing on the Symantec support site that's useful.....I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both programs but so far, no luck.

Seems a bit odd, since Norton System for Windows includes
AntiVirus, Utilities, Cleansweep, GoBack, Password Manager

John, Yes, I know. Sad but true. I had System Works and had the same problem, so I tried separate programs (free with upgrades). Any other advice would be appreciated. Lisa

Sadly, I just have Norton Internet Security 2004 but not GoBack.

Have you tried doing any Googling for the problems? What version of operating system do you have?

There have been a number of unfavourable reviews of the 2005 Norton products...
