    The Allow Edit of the form is set to NO so you can't enter something in the combo.
    When you change it to Yes, you have two errors in the code:

    Private Sub FindIt_AfterUpdate()
    Dim rs As DAO.Recordset
    Set rs = Me.RecordsetClone
    rs.FindFirst "[ProductID] = " & FindIt.Value
    If rs.NoMatch Then
    MsgBox "Client Not Found"
    Else
    Me.Bookmark = rs.Bookmark
    End If
    Me!FindIt.Value = Null
    End Sub

    Remove the line : Me!FindIt.Value = Null
    so that the combobox is not cleared.
    Then use for each field in the record the conditional formating like in the attachment.
