Form dropdown woes

In our office, one of our new personnel has been having trouble with Word. Whenever she types the word "Stacey" (her name, and it has to be capitalized), the name is replaced by a shaded field with the text "Dr. Rutledge". I have been able to determine that this is a Form Dropdown Field that is being automatically inserted, but I have no idea how to fix it. I've looked at the Properties of the field, and unchecked the "enable" box, but the problem still occurs.
Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Go to Tools | AutoCorrect, and type in Stacey. If an entry comes up, click on the delete button. Does that fix it?
