    Drag and drop

    Is there a way in PowerPoint 97 to copy a slide from one presentation to another WITHOUT the copied slide being takeing on the master page attributes? I want it keep the attributes of the original.

    The short answer is "NO".

    The easiest way is to copy that one slide to a new presentation, then link to that when you need it. PPoint will automatically jump back to the original presentation when done.
