1 If you use US International as keyboard language, you can use Ctrl+Alt+5. Otherwise, Alt+0128 on the numeric keypad.
2 Gr stands for Graphics. On keyboards with Alt Gr, this key acts as Ctrl+Alt. (not Shift+Alt as I originally wrote - thanks, John!)

Oh, and in Word 2002 / 2003, you can type Ctrl+Alt+E to get the Euro symbol

    Hi Rudi,
If you press Alt Gr and 5, you should get the Euro symbol.

    Re: 2 Keyboard Q

Rory, that depends on your keyboard setting. Ctrl+Alt+5 or Alt Gr+5 don't work on a keyboard set to US (at least not for me)

    Hans,
Thanks, I didn't know that (though on my keyboard it's the 4 key not the 5 anyway). Of course, I doubt many people use that weird US keyboard setting... <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>
