    Can't REMOVE a program (WinXP Home SP2)

I tried to download and Install the Google Earth program. For some reason it wouldn't work so I tried to REMOVE it intending to reinstall When I click on REMOVE I get a pop-out window "Setup.exe has encountered a problem and must close. Sorry etc. etc.---" Have tried rebooting and going through a complete shutdown and tried again but always with the same results.
Would appreciate some info. Thanx mucho!

Take a look here. It seems that they are aware that there might be some problems uninstalling their product from some systems. HTH <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15> Great program once you get it working right. I also had an issue with it, but got it worked out and now all is working flawlessly.
