    Pivot Table Assistance (XP: SP3)

I have a pivot table depicted below which I would like to summarize the total on one line; not two. The highlighted line is what I would like to see.

I'm not sure how to go about it. I tried changing the field settings but have not had any luck.

    Your assistance is appreciated,
    John

Do you have a field of lastname, firstname in the data? Could you create one?

    Steve,

The "LastName, FirstName" refers to Sheet1!A2

Could you just pull in your YTD Dues Paid cells as well?

    Brett,

I took your suggestion and included the YTD field. Although this did display a YTD total per individual. How does one get a grand total?

I had to uncheck the "Grand Totals for columns".

Isn't it listed as the "Sum of YTD Dues Paid"?
