Setting up Outlook for multiple sites (2003)
I'm hoping someone will be able to point me towards some reading/articles on how to set Outlook up on my laptop.
I've just started working for a company and am going to use a laptop. In a few weeks I'll also be working for another company in the same group and will be using the same laptop there. I.e. I have to connect to 2 different Exchange networks and also use the laptop offline.
I need to be able to set things up so that I use the same address list, calendar, etc. wherever I am working from. I envisage that any appointments I make at company A will when I next visit company B sunchronise across and be visible therefore to both my secretaries at the different companies.
I hope this makes some sense.

Re: Setting up Outlook for multiple sites (2003)
While it is easy to create two profiles (Company A and Company , each with its own Exchange Server settings, I don't see how you can sync between them. It is my understanding that the local store that mirrors the Exchange Server mailbox (your OST file), is "locked" to that account (i.e., domainusername) and can't be accessed when you are not logged in to that account. Even if you could access it, I just don't see how anything could happen automatically.
So perhaps you will need to use a PST that is open in both profiles as your primary Calendar and Contacts, and get an add-in, or set up some kind of macro or other automation to sync your Exchange calendars?
