Caveat: I'm currently at home and my XP install is at work. As a guess, have you tried insert / autotext?

Thnaks Yes I did look there, but could not find the signatures I had set up. I guess I could edit the autotext, (off to read the help file to see how) but I don't expect that will allow me to include HTML stuff like your signature.

Re: Signatures with Word as email editor

You can put almost anything into a signature. However, I have found the most reliable way to insert the signature is to use Auto Correct. That way I can make sure the sig goes in the right place, etc. Before I did that, I found that the signature had problems, such as fields not updating, or inserting into the reply text. I laid out the signature I wanted and created an Auto Correct entry for "jsig" as well as "ssig" and "psig" for other uses. Now, I just type "jsig" and hit Enter to create the signature.

The sig can also be included in the Word Email template.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

Yes, but that's how I wound up with the signature in the middle of the reply text.

Seems this Autocorrect with psig, rsig etc. will be the way for me to go. Thank you all.

Signatures with Word as email editor (XP)

    Hi Guys

Bit new here so I'm sorry if this should be asked in the Outlook bit. I have installed XP and selected Word as my editor (as suggested here) and am very pleased I did. However I have a number of different signatures I use but I can't find a way to get at them using Word.

The "internal" Outlook email editor has a drop down for this.

Any suggestions where I look / edit whatever to turn this feature on within Word?
    Regards

    Richard
