Default Printers on a Netowrk (Widows XP Pro, SP2)

Our business is on a Novell Network, and all of the clients are Windows XP Pro, SP2. The issue that exists is that XP finds and makes available, and lists ALL shared printers on the network, whether or not they were added to the specific machine for use. This is very messy and hard to locate the printer that you are interested in using. Is this a XP issue or a Novell issue? Thanks in advance.

In Windows Explorer go to Tools | Folder Options | View. Make sure that 'Automatically search for network folders and printers' is unchecked.
