    Reports (Access 2000)

In reports, when I add subreports to a report and try to stack one under the other the bottom report shows on page 2. How can I prevent it and make all of the subreports show on 1 page?

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

It depends on the size of the subreports, whether you allow them to grow (Can Grow property), and how much space there is on the main report. Would there be enough room to display all subreports on one page?

There should be plenty of room for the 2 subreports I am trying to stack on the report. I increased the size of each subreport and then selected "No" in the Can Grow section only the 1 subreport shows. I am very new to Access and appreciate your help. Without seeing the actual report it's hard to say. Could you post a stripped down copy of your database? See <post#=401925>post 401925</post#> for instructions.

Where did you set the CanGrow property to true? The subreport control has such a property, but so does the section in which you placed the subreports. If that isn't set to CanGrow=True, then you'll only see as much as can fit onto the first page. <img src=/S/shrug.gif border=0 alt=shrug width=39 height=15> As Hans says, it would be more useful if you would post a stripped down copy of your database so we could see the report for ourselves.
