    office settings (Office 2000)

A few months ago in one of the OW issues I read this:
"No doubt there will be an upgrade process from Office 2003 to the next version, just as there has been for all Office versions to date. You'll be able to install Office over an existing version of Office and keep your settings etc - though it's always prudent to take a backup first."
How do you backup the settings for office?

Office 2003 comes with a Save My Settings wizard. It can be activated using Start | (All) Programs | Microsoft Office } Microsoft Office Tools | Save My Settings Wizard.
If this is not present, you may have to install it from your Office 2003 CD.

Which version do you have installed at present. Is it 2003, or 2000 (as specified in the post header)?
