    create non printibleparagraphs (Word 2002)

A question about "non Printing text". Is there a way to mark a paragraph (with field codes?) so that is does not print? I need to create documents that print certain paragraphs, depending on the intended use. I want to have a master document and then "mark" specific paragraphs as "non printing", i.e. they would appear on screen and in the print preview mode but would not print.

You can make a paragraph hidden (Format | Font), and specify that hidden text is displayed on screen (Tools | Options..., View tab) but not printed (Tools | Options..., Print tab)
