Customizing the built-in data form (XP)

    Hi everyone,

Asking on behalf of a friend who doesn't know VBA. Is there any way to customize the built-in "data form" so it has drop-downs or check boxes? If I recall correctly, the answer to this has always been "No", but maybe they changed the functionality....

I've already told her that she'll probably need to create a form using VBA, but also told her I'd ask.

    Thanks,

    Beej

AFAIK, the answer is still no.

John Walkenbach has an Enhanced Data Form v2 that is <img src=/S/free.gif border=0 alt=free width=30 height=15> to download and use that has additional options. It is also customizable, but that cost $20 (US) to get the password.
