No, it's not... Remember that my site is for Windows only. The newest version of PySol is Linux only.
Also see the fork PySolitaire longer down on the page .

    Re: Freeware Solitaire

    Hi Alan

I can vouch for PySol, at the top of their list, as I've been playing with it for about a year now.
The download version on the "Free Solitaire" web page is out of date.
Also note that 'Python Solitaire' is not the same as 'Pysol'.
It's an excellent collection of games, well presented and very 'playable'.
It does require you to instal the Python language. I've installed ActivePython after having problems with Python on my WindowsME computer. I've had no problems with ActivePython on my old ME or the XP-SP2 that I've had for the last 6 months or so.

Edited to change Pysol link to a Windows version (same website as in Alan's post) See vkp's post following.

    Have a Great day!!!

    Over 1000 Solitaire Games

I've been playing with a newer version of PySol called PySolFC (PySol Fan Club Edition).
    PySol has been "officially discontinued".
PySolFC contains over 1000 solitaire card and tile games and is FREE.

Note that the Python Programming Language or the Active Python Programming Language must be installed to run PySolFC. Both are FREE downloads.

    Cheers
