    Key assignment

Just purchased a Toshiba Satellite laptop, XP Home. Whenever I press <shift a> I get a return at the same time. Searched hot keys, shortcuts etc. but can't find a way to fix this.
    Any help please?

    I found this ...
"People fond of software shortcuts will like the Fn-esse utility, which lets you combine the Fn key with any numerical or command key to launch more than a dozen different files or applications. A small graphical keyboard acts as an assignment reference by displaying the names of the applications when you pass a cursor over the keys." ...here

    Re: Key assignment

Thanks, but my problem is <shift a> creates the upper case
    A
nd generates a return (as you can see here). Only the left hand shift button has this problem. Couldn't see anything on Toshiba's Fn-esse help that helps
