    Re: Outlook

Are the two recipients (To: and CC at the same domain?
This sounds more like a header parsing problem with the mail server. Two separate copies of the message arrive at the receiving domain mail-server and the header is parsed for all recipients. The CC: copy will also contain the To: name, so another copy is put in the mailbox.

    Outlook (XP)

I am running Office XP over Windows 2k Professional. In Outlook, when sending mail with someone in the "To:" field and someone in the "cc:" field, sometimes (not every time, seems to be random) the person in the "To:" field receives two copies of the e-mail. This has happened a number of times. Is this a known issue??
