    VBA code block inserts! (Excel XP)

    HI, I hope the Title says it correctly.

    Is there an VBA add-in or a way to be able to insert code blocks and key staements into VBA modules sothat you don't have to type them in.
    IE: Click a button and it inserts an IF block like:
    IF <Condition> Then
    <True>
    Else
    <False>
    End IF

    or

    Click to insert the statement: ON ERROR RESUME NEXT...

    Anyone know of something like this??
    Tx
    Regards,
    Rudi

    Have you tried MZ-Tools? You'd need version 3.0 for use in VBA. Highly recommended, and free!

    From the MZ-Tools website
    <hr>To write code faster: There are features that will allow you to insert exception handlers, snippets of code, etc. with a single mouse click, keyboard shortcut or expansion keyword, or to use assistants to create new procedures, message boxes, connection strings, etc.<hr>
    Why do you think I suggested it?

    Activate the Visual Basic Editor.
    Select Add-Ins | Add-In Manager.
    Click on VBA MZ-Tools 3.0
    Make sure that both check boxes are ticked.
    Click OK.

    There will be:
    - a new toolbar MZ-Tools 3.0.
    - a new submenu MZ-Tools in the Tools menu.
    - new items in several right-click menus.

    Yep <img src=/S/yep.gif border=0 alt=yep width=15 height=15> - it's a fair cop. I didn't see the smiley, so I jumped in with the cane. I'll take my lumps now... two please, in a tall foamed latte, lots of creamy milk too. <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>
