Displaying reminders 'always on top' (Outlook 2003 - SP1)

Received the following question from one of our users, and I can't find a way to do this. "When I have a reminder pop-up it doesn't make itself annoying enough - it will stay behind anything I am currently working on so I just get a reminder on my task bar, but it will not pop in front of what I am doing. Is there a way to make it stay on top until I tell it to snooze or I actively bring something up over it?"

Anyone know if this is possible, and how to do it? Thank you.

Not by native Outlook menus - see <!post=this thread,258267>this thread<!/post> and the MSKB referenced by Trish Krokosh in her post.

Thanks for the quick response. Not what the user wanted, but I pointed her to the reminder sound option. Too bad it doesn't have the 10-second Australian option available. I suspect that wouldn't only make dogs take notice . . .! Thanks again.
